So yeah, this is 1/3 of my third art projects for 2D Art II

So yeah, we have to make THREE pieces with different color schemes for each. I decided to do some anime art with this being my third and final piece.

It's me in a "anime"/cartoon style... with the use of an Orange/Blue complimentary color scheme. I took one of my Senior Picture Proofs and decided to use that and give it a more anime-like look for fun.

I was gonna go ahead and automatically set this up as complimentary. The reason I picked orange and blue is for the following reasons:
1. Blue is my favorite color
2. When I read the notes on color, they talked about how Orange was suppose to be a "tropical" color and I decided I wanted to give my piece a more warm, sea-related kind of look
3. Orange is also a color of happiness, So it'd give my piece a more warm, perky feel to it

I LOVE how this came out. I just o. It's very beautiful and its pretty accurate to the original (which the few more "anime-esque" parts). It's both playful and flirty, and all around pretty and adorable.

Definitely one of my best pieces... and came out how Iwanted it to (if not beyond my expectations).
